Paradise Fun Rentals - Golf Cart, Slingshot & Bicycle Rentals SPI (D) — Local services in South Padre Island

BEWARE! When trying to book a golf cart through their website, I entered all required information on the page and the website spit out an "internal server error' message when I hit the submit button. I called them and told them that their website did not work, and the man who answered told me that the only way to reserve a cart is through their website or at their store. I could not reserve over the phone. I tried the website again. I entered all of my information and again got an "internal server error" message in big red letters and the submit button didn't work and it never gave me a total nor a confirmation. Because it was not working, we contacted and reserved a cart through a DIFFERENT vendor; HOWEVER, these people (Paradise blah blah) charged us THREE times. So, their site WAS harvesting my information that I had entered, and they DID receive it even though it led us to believe it wasn't working! I sent 2 emails requesting refunds and they did...

I was in SPI over the 4th and wouldn’t rent from these guys based on how I saw them operating their business. While they have plenty of space in the parking lot, I saw them park some of their larger capacity carts in the very few free street parking spots available.

Keep in mind, they also run a pay-to-park lot directly behind the gift shop, so unsuspecting visitors feel they have little option but to pay for parking. Meanwhile, they are taking up several public spots. They are taking advantage of people! Deceptive...

I recently rented a golf cart from Paradise Fun Rentals and had an amazing experience! The staff was friendly and helpful, making the rental process quick and easy. The golf cart itself was in excellent condition and perfect for exploring the area. I had a blast cruising around and enjoying the beautiful scenery. I highly recommend Paradise Fun Rentals for anyone looking for a fun and convenient way to get around. I will definitely be renting from them again...
