
TRAUMATIZING EXPERIENCE. They absolutely ruined my hair and did not listen to what I wanted at all to where I cried myself to sleep that night. DO NOT let Lacey Segars touch your hair. I asked for my hair to stop where my arm pits start and she cut to the top of my shoulders. She had to ask another stylist for help and between the two of them, they let me walk out of the salon with butchered layers and a lopsided and uneven cut. When I asked to speak with the owner 2 days later (very respectfully and kindly) to discuss what had happened, absolutely no remorse was shown or an apology given except Crystal stated “I don’t think she meant to do it on purpose” and that she’s new. That’s not the point. Your employee is inadequately trained and should not be cutting hair unsupervised ESPECIALLY if she is new. I had to go to another salon to get my hair fixed and they were even shocked with what I had received.Crystal the owner offered to “fix” it, but I did not trust her judgement either given the employee she had hired. Read moreI visited Crystal Rose for a pedicure while on vacation, but the polish stayed tacky even after eight hours. I wrote a review about my experience, and to my surprise, they reached out immediately to offer a re-polish. Most businesses don’t notice reviews so quickly, but the staff here is truly ON THE BALL and attentive to feedback—they corrected the issue within 24 hours!
The salon is super clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and caring. Lynette, in particular, was lovely—she acknowledged that the polish shouldn’t have stayed tacky for that long and made sure my toes were perfectly done. They thought maybe the topcoat had gotten mixed with a gel topcoat and used a new bottle this time
It meant so much that they took the time to make things right, and I left as a very happy customer. The owner Crystal and receptionist Jenn both showed care and concern to make sure I was satisfied.

First, when I made my appointment the gal that took the call would only make the appointment with her (even though there were other stylists available) and said she’d come in early the next day. One hour before my appointment she canceled on me. I left a message to get another appointment and no one called me, I had to call them three hours after they opened. The gal that took my appointment did not do a good job, and she knew it. She started nervous shaking half way through. This is the worst haircut I have ever had, hacked up and uneven. Do you know how a bad haircut makes you feel? Awful. While she was a nice gal she should not be cutting hair until she has more practice. Not for $45.00.
