We were very excited to go pairasailing for our 13th anniversary. Well after we heard they were running 30 minutes late we waited about an hour but I was still hopeful. As we had already paid $350 I just was hoping for the best. Well no. Our 15 minute each ride (one double and one tripple) turned into 4 minutes each ride so they could make up for lost time. We also had to wait while they ate their lunch on the boat. Would have been nice to be in the air while they ate. I wish I had canceled once I heard they were running late. Poor service. And I'm not just a tourist visiting. Wish it had gone better. Look at the others on the island. Beware of this company. $350 for two 4 minute rides...

Been here a few times! The jet ski drivers and people helping on the beach are always wonderful. However, the fella who schedules is a difficult man. Bring cash and be prepared to get few answers and to be lied to. He will tell you that you need to book early in the day or it may get canceled. He will tell you the latest they are out there is 2 or 3 pm and you'll still see them taking folks out at 5. Additionally, if you try to schedule later in the day, he will intentionally schedule groups before you so that your ride is late. Lastly, the paperwork takes about 15 mins... no digital forms and each minor needs a separate set of paperwork. If their location wasn't so convenient, I'd say...
