I have only been to one room. When you walk in, the place looks nice but doesnt exactly match the pictures. We were given the wrong Wifi password, and the wifi didnt even show up. When we called the front desk they gave us the wrong password to a different wifi. We just looked on our routwr and got the password. Two out of the three fans were broken, a wall under the window was yellow and nearly falling apart. There is no flag that indicates the condition of waters at the beach. We found out the hard way 3 days in a row that there were jellyfish. I was the one who slept on a sofa bed. We called the front desk to ask for sheets, but they never can. Our rooms washer didnt work, we had to manually clean clothes with sand on them using detergent and a spoon. The dryer would not stop spinning but would at least stop drying once the clothes were dry. I went to a different condo last year for cheaper, and i had an amazing room owner who provided lawn chairs, boogie boards, and other things you might bring to a beach. That condo made you deel at home. Saida seemed to have a couple of owners who didn't care about the room quality. To wrap things up quickly, Saida was all around unpleasant and wouldn't go again.
I'm going to go ahead an clarify because a lot of people saw this. Not every room is like what i had. Rooms have different owners. Sometimes the owners are great and make sure your stay is pleasant. We just happened to get unlucky. My room was on the elevent floor. I can't remember the exact room, but im sure it was 103 or...
Read moreOverall we enjoyed our stay on the 9th floor of the Saida III. The view of the ocean was spectacular, would have been even better without the tennis courts and pools in the way. The windows in the master bedroom and the living room were large enough to see everything, even from the kitchen. The condo was so large and had enough space for a couple more furniture. The condo was a bit outdated.. A few days into our trip, the fridge went completely out on us but maintenance responded fast enough and it was repaired within a few hours. There is a garbage shoot on the south end of the building on each floor and a laundry mat on 2nd, 5th and 8th floor. Be warned, its $2.25 per wash and $2 per dry. There is security in the building and they are pretty strict. We had a Uhaul trailer and they normally don't allow trailers but they made an exception since it was off season. One of the guards (supervisor) was extremely rude and tried to call me a liar when I told him that I already confirmed with the management company that it was allowed. The best part was that they accepted our large dogs, which is great because most condos don't allow them. There was plenty of space on the grounds to walk them and even a gate to take them out to the beach. The condo does have WiFi and cable for the TV. The patio is very large and we enjoyed sitting out watching the waves, even when it rained. We really enjoyed our stay and would even consider returning for our next...
Read moreWe rented a condo here & the view was fab! The condo was low on supplies like kitchen equipment. But the staff was great & brought more towels & toilet paper. The grounds are lovely but the grass is covered in sticker & ants. Not good when u take your dogs. The pools were so hot! Boiling actually! They say no smoking but there were cigarette butts all over the property. We had a great time! The condo is pretty old & beds & furniture need updating, but it is a beach place & sand gets everywhere. Security was top notch & location is great. The grounds just need to be cleaned & they need to treat the grassy areas to remove the stickers & the ants. My feet got eaten alive when I accidentally stepped in a...
