Iâd give this place 1/2 star if I could. Iâve visited many times in the past and I wanted to show my fiancĂ© from out of state this store. A few ladies on the floor were nice and asked if we needed help and that was great. The older lady at the register and the guy hot pressing shirt designs were awful. The older lady seemed annoyed she needed to help us, she kept making comments to the guy and wouldnât acknowledge us. She didnât know the storeâs sales and I had to remind her what they were otherwise she wouldâve gone with a higher price! And we werenât trying to get things for free either, my fiancĂ© and I dropped $90+ on two transactions. One of the designs had this cracked look to it that you canât see from far away so when she showed it to me I thought it was messed up and just asked for clarification on it. She throws the shirt on the counter and starts scratching at design saying âits how it looks.â Love the store, did not like the cashiers, lots of attitude, and overall bad demeanors. I donât know if they're the owners. If they are Iâm surprised theyâre still in business the way they treat customers. Upon entering, we were not greeted, and instead, the employee began to closely follow us around the store, despite us being the only customers present. This behavior made us feel uncomfortable, and we ultimately decided to leave without making a purchase. The employee continued to follow us all the way to the exit.
I couldnât help but feel that racial profiling might have influenced this treatment. Regardless of intent, such behavior is unacceptable. There is no reason to treat us as if we were doing something wrong or as if we are thieves
We ended up spending our money elsewhere, and I hope you consider the impact of this type of customer service on your business. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

   Read moreThe store itself was fantastic, it had a huge selection of merch, but I give them 2 stars because we bought souvenirs for our family and friends back home, and the guy wrapping all the stuff didnât put all of the things we purchased in our bag. We didnât realize until we got back to Dallas that they didnât give us all of our items! We are irate and I will be calling them non-stop and demand that they mail me the stuff I paid for. The wrapping guy had just one job and he couldnât manage to put all of them in the bag? We didnt think weâd have to watch them to make sure they gave us all our stuff. Very disappointed
