Quite a few interesting encounters at this location today. Upon walking in, a tall indian woman, who’s name I didn’t catch, walked directly in front of my path and stopped. I had to walk around her, and she gave me a very nasty look. I started to shop around a bit with my boyfriend and we found a couple things before deciding to use the restroom. We know you can’t bring merchandise into the bathroom, so we left the products far behind a couple rugs on a shelf. When I went to recollect these items 5 minutes later, an employee had dropped one of the products in a cart to collect it and broke it. One of the toilets was absolutely covered in pee. The trash can was overflowing with paper towels all over the floor. There were no seat covers and next to no toilet paper. After I used the bathroom, I was greeted by the same woman from before standing outside of my stall. I almost hit her with the door, so I apologized and she said “yeah.” She then went directly into the stall I walked out of and re-flushed the toilet. Then she followed me to the sink and asked me where my mask was. I said I had it, but as I was in the middle of washing my hands I would get it when I was done. She asked again where it was, I told her again I have it, it’s in my purse, please let me finish washing my hands and when i’m ready to leave the restroom I will put it on. She told me that she would not let me leave the restroom. She asked again where my mask was which is when I got frustrated. I had to leave the bathroom because she would not leave me alone. She then followed me out of the restroom and through the rest of the store. Look you freak, my hands are soaking wet, I was in the bathroom alone before you came in. How many times do I have to tell you I have my mask in my purse? Does that mean I will leave the restroom without it? NO. It means I will put it on like I have just told you multiple times. MARSHALLS/ HOMEGOODS: GET THIS LADY ON A HARNESS!! PLEASE tell your employees it is such a turn off to follow them around the store and in the bathroom!!! How creepy! I would NEVER return to...
Read moreThe customer service was outstanding!!!!!!! From the moment we entered the stirr, we were warnly greeted by two, very nice and charming, associates. From there onward, EVERY associate I entered with was so pleasant and their vibe was GENUINE!
As we waiting on line to purchase our merchandise out of nowhere and through no fault of my own, something in the side bin fell down. I turned around and picked it up and placed it to it's nearest bin. The next thing I knew an associate appeared and she rearranged the merchandise and placed it back. I mentioned that I had not dropped it and added that it had fallen perhaps as someone walked by?
The associate said that things like this occur all the time as she paused to ask if I was okay. The next thing I knew she offered an apology, adding that she is happy that no one was hurt. Right as she said that another associate appeared to assess the situation, but not before checking that we were all okay.
Believe me when I say that I HAVE NEVER, EVER EXPERIENCED SUCH KIND, GENUINE AND SIMPLY NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.
But, it did not stop there. The associates atthe cash register were all busy checking clients out and when we appeared they gave us the best, award winning service imaginable!
I hope someone in the executive office will view this message because they NEED to be made aware if the stellar and brilliant group of people employed at the Marshall's & HomeGoods store! They set the bar of oar excellence and should be aw awarded all consideration. As a matter of fact I will use my receipt number and address a letter personally. Thank you all. Really, thank you...
Read moreHad to drop off an item as t FedEx so while in the area I decided to pay a visit. Picked up a pet stroller and low and behold I see a small pet bed with a $12 red sticker. Did a quick inspection to see if it was missing pieces ..looked good. Go to the register to check out and the cashier inspected the sticker saying wait this is regular $24.99 they usually don't mark it down so other item to check out on hold while she beckoned her manager surprisingly named "Karen" to very. She confirmed it was $24.99 and I am like why would someone put a fresh red clearance tag and just leave it there basically I believed a store member did it , if these assumes think I did that mess which is the vibevI got then they could go F-Off. Then they asked if I still wanted it. Why in the world would I still want something I thought was on clearance?? Worst Marshalls I have ever been to. Maybe they should have someone "proactively " check items prior or after store operations to deter awkward situations such as this. Only folks with type of mindset are the ones that are the biggest crooks. I do not play that . Yeah I still purchased the rest of my items although disgusted but I tell you this I am not going back there, that's for sure. On another not big up the gentleman with the mask that work there since he helped me with acquiring a cart for the pet stroller as well as the $12.00 marked pet bed prior to check out. Please recognize him for his courteous and...
