Know how to treat your customers first! Had a very very bad experience and literally felt insulted with this place where a Manager on duty along with other stylist lady. I have been going to this place since long time and I had to go for 1 min correction 2 times(slight length diff on one side) out of all my visits. Today, I had been waiting for near to 40 min, though I checked in online and my name was on top., they have been proceeding with later customers and not bothered to acknowledge me. When I asked them, when they would like to do my haircut, they were just passing on each other. When I asked what happened, the old lady who does for me every time, she said, you don't like my haircut as, as you returned for correction. I said, is it wrong, if I come for correction. They were so rude with no hospitality, with a regular customer. They should told me in the starting if they don't want to do. One or two times, when I checked in and waited, they were closing. Though they didn't acknowledge properly, I understood the business hours and left politely and came next day.
Are the customer beggars for them, that they don't have any other saloon? I said, ok thank you, if you guys don't want to do hair cut, I will leave. They didn't even bother to acknowledge or talk to me. I believe the Great Clips brand for their good service & policies in difference locations. People like these spoil the brand and culture of Great Clips. The owner should educate the employees how to treat customer(even though if they don't want to do the service). Customer is...
Read moreI don't usually write many reviews, but the hairstylist (it has to be Kavita Shah from other reviews I just read) compelled me to do so. I have seen her rudely talking to customers in the past. She's always complaining to customers how horrible Great Clips is and how no one is interested in working. She's not happy about Great Clips providing customers coupons. You can do about 18-20 haircuts in an 8 hour shift and with tips still make a good about $200-250/day, but probably that's not enough for her. I went there today (the app had given me alerts that it was my time, I reached on time but two other people walked in before me and they were taken before me, which is fine), and she didn't even ask me for first 25 minutes if I had checked-in online. She had a customer on the chair, I was waiting and she spent about 15 minutes talking to her boss/others on a call trying to figure out who else will be coming next and how she hates some other hair stylist. Someone need to put her out of her miserly and ask her to retire or just fire her. I understand the owner's situation as many people are just not interested in doing the work anymore, but you will not survive as a business for too long with employees like this in a customer...
