It's been years since I've come to this Pizza hut. Today is my cheat day, so I was craving pizza. I remembered this place existed and I wanted stuffed crust, so I became very excited LOL. Should have gone with a Mom and Pop's place.
When I first walked in I could see the staff huddled around the entrance to the kitchen laughing and joking around (which continued throughout my time there). Looking around, the place looks a little dingy, but I figured what the hell because I wanted Pizza.
My girlfriend and I walked pass the staff and sort of stared at them until one of them told us to take a seat wherever we chose. We were immediately greeted by a server who gave us menus and said I'm not your server but she'll be with you shortly. Good customer service would teach to at least ask if we wanted to start with something to drink. Our waitress eventually came to us 8-10 minutes later. Note: we were literally the only customers inside the restaurant.
We ordered a large stuffed crust; half with green peppers and olives and the other half with pineapples and jalapenos. Needless to say only half of it was correct because jalapeno was on both half's. Our waitress did put in a second order with the correct toppings distribution free of charge and she allowed us to keep the incorrect pie. Secondly, there was hair literally baked into the crust of the dough of the first pie.
While eating, we could hear the inconsiderate workers laughing and joking around loudly, while using profanity as if they were out with friends rather than working in a business. A second waitress or worker you seen walking into the kitchen while sneezing and coughing into her hands.
Lastly, when we received the check and was ready to pay, we could see the workers in the back preparing the food. None of the workers, male nor female, were wearing hair nets.
Overall this place disgusted me from Pizza Hut. I give the taste of the food 2 stars out of 5. The cleanliness of the restaurant, I give a 1 out of 5. The customer service, I give a 1 out of 5.
I am completely turned off from Pizza Hut. This place needs New Management, customer service training, better quality food, and the police needs to...
Read moreMore a case of a Pizza chain archaeology department that unearths a specialty pizza from the ruins of an old Pizza Hut than anything else. It's so old you can see the stains on the carpet where the legendary All You Can Eat pizza lunch buffets were in the 90s and early 2000s, where hot dessert pies of apple and strawberry, topped with a icing instead of cheese, once sat. A year or two ago, you could eat over there, and it had the atmosphere you would expect if you took a time machine to the distant future and found a lost, buried Pizza Hut that hadn't been disturbed or cleaned since The Land Before Time toys were being giving away with their pizzas. That's off limits, now, so don't come for that. What's still there is their "The Edge" pie, which was better than I remember their fried crusted original pizzas being, but you will have to buy a whole jar of topping cheese or red pepper flakes to dump on it, since they don't have the classic Pizza Hut pepper packets, and I think they never had garlic or oregano. If they did, write your own review to correct me, but they don't anymore, and while standing in this echo of the past, you can't help but think whatever you're seeing now is all that there ever was.
Don't forget that if you cannot get nuclear fuel for your DeLorean to get it home from here, the top of the hut gets struck by lightning at exactly midnight on prom night, so as long as you get Doc Brown to run some wire from there, you...
Read moreYesterday I was attending this pizzahut and sat in the lobby, waiting for my food with my kids, boyfriend, and sister. I would not be sitting in the lobby if I did not have an order to pick up the older lady that was doing carry out at the time seemed like she was getting annoyed with us in the lobby. Yes, my kids were on TikTok so they might’ve been dancing, but that’s all, the lady proceeded to ask me what ticket I had what my name was my food wasn’t ready I knew that because I have the app and I ordered online. She proceeds to give me my order not the way that I asked for it to be, and I just didn’t like the fact that I was being rushed out of the establishment , I was rushed and my food wasn’t even how I wanted it. I called the pizzahut to talk about the matter but I’m thinking that the lady answered the phone and she told me that the manager is going to call me back, but he never called me and my family came here after a day at the Urban Air and just wanted to eat we had just got done having fun and honestly I just feel like the lady didn’t like the fact that it was a whole bunch of Black people in the...
