Went there tonight. Almost walked passed it because it was usually too expensive for my taste, but a dress caught my eye so I went in. Was pleasantly surprised that they had switched to a factory store. They should definitely advertise that better. I tried on a few things and asked the male sales rep to please find me a different size in a dress I liked. I went back to the dressing room and waited over 10 minutes before leaving the room to find where he ran off to. Found him on a tablet by the registers. Drove an hour back to the store and they told me they can't do anything. Called customer service again and they told me to go back and...I don't know....make a scene. Really seems like a simple problem with a clear solution. But now I'm just headed home with a broken bag and no assistance at all from a company that is certainly flush enough to fix their issues.
