Windsor is definitely a go to spot when you’re looking for cute, trendy clothes especially for formal events or a night out. I found a really nice dress and a pair of sunglasses that I’m happy with. The styles are great and very on trend, though I will say the material quality is on the lower end.

The store associates were friendly and warm, not overly attentive but still checked in here and there, which I appreciated. They weren’t super helpful when it came to finding sizes or offering styling advice, but their attitude was welcoming.

Horrible customer service, they left a security tag on a sale item I bought. I went back in order for it to come off C they couldn’t find my transaction based on the email I gave and needed the receipt . Granted didn’t have one, but they remember I beeped walking out but they couldn’t follow me due to policy. I found several dresses I liked and when I was trying them on, I was fighting tons of insecurities and Celeste made me feel so much more comfortable.
