I brought my car back to Luxe Auto Spa for my interior this time, once again I had a lot of questions about the interior cleaning and detailing with the Modesta LPS stain resistant coating and abrasion resistant coating. As always they were very helpful, friendly and professional with all my questions. When I got there they greeted me and treated my car like it was theirs. They finished my car when they said they would for pickup and when I got there they greeted me and showed me everything they done and explained what to do to take care of it. About three months ago, I was hit by another car, and dealing with insurance has been a huge headache. I love my car, and it was honestly a bummer to see it beat up every day, so I decided to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed once everything gets handled with insurance.

After reading tons of reviews online, I reached out to Luxe and spoke with John on the phone. He was incredibly kind and got me in for a consultation the very next day, then scheduled my car for drop-off just two days later.

Because of the extent of the damage, they had my car for about five days, and every single day, I received a video update explaining exactly what work was done and showing me the progress. It gave me so much peace of mind and was a cool way of doing business that I haven’t seen before.

From the care they put into their craftsmanship to the snacks and drinks they offer in the waiting area, it’s clear that everyone at Luxe takes pride in what they do. I wasn’t sure if they’d even want to work on my car (it’s not a fancy race car like the ones they often showcase), but they treated me—and my car—like a million bucks. I’m so glad I trusted them.
