This is the worst experience I have ever had a fast food restaurant I have ever been to. It was 520 pm and I waited 15 mins in the drive thru for my order, when the lady finally came she asked what I ordered so I told her the double western bacon cheese burger with jalapeños and bacon. She handed me the bag and I drove the 25 mins home in traffic, super excited to eat after a long day. When I opened the bag I got a lettuce wrap burger.. I called and spoke with the manager oscar who admitted he knew he messed up on my order cause the other customer got my order.. he offered to replace the burger however I wasn’t about to drive from Sandy is rush hour traffic for a burger I should have got the first time.. I ask if I could just get a refund since I’m gonna order pizza instead.. he said he could offer a refund only his boss could who was lexi, I asked for her number and he provided it.. when I called her she said this is her personal number and she will call me back tomorrow.. well she never called me back like she said so now I am out the $15 and we’ll they’re out of a customer now… if you ask me please avoid this location at all cost.. the owner lexi doesn’t care about her customer or her bottom line and she a LIAR!!!!!!!!! Please support any other location other then the one on at and 3270 so.. worst customer service experience I have ever had. And I’ve been...
Read moreI it was very very hungry and didn't want to have a whole big combo meal. So I opted for the Crown Burger. Oh my gosh it is very good. The way they do their lettuce is really good they shredded really thin and add chopped onions to it it's really good top it on their hamburgers And add all your condiments. The Crown Burger comes with the regular burger with a generous helping of pastrami on top of that. The buns are not toasted but I think they would toast it if you ask. That day I didn't get fries oh, but I can tell you the Fri are like eating crispy potatoes on the outside and soft potato on the inside. They give you their signature fry sauce, or is it the Utah signature fry sauce? Nevertheless the sauce is good with your fries. A small bag of fries is still pretty big. They are shareable with another friend. Their salads are fabulous! They have a generous portion of fresh vegetables chopped up and sliced with a big piece of feta cheese chopped up, a boiled egg sliced up with some really yummy just seen that they make in house. The combination of all the vegetables with the feta cheese emulsifies to make a really yummy dressing on your salad. Stop being pure local Crown Burger and get yourself some...
Read moreI've been going to Crown Burgers(a different location) since I can remember as a child and that was years ago (born in '79) So-- This location on 33rd & State is no different. It is delicious food that is filling and fast. While the price point IS higher than a national chain burger joint-- I feel like the food ingredients are a better quality and more "natural" than a national burger chain restaurant. That is why it is a higher price....and for me thats okay, because it is more filling and it also seems to serve a bigger quantity of food versus say... mcdee's or bk. Either way--- the food is great, the employees and restaurant owners are nice, and even if I have to wait for a bit for our large family's order, it's okay with me because I am getting "real" food. In addition, I feel like I am buying from a local Utah business--- not some business and person far away.... the dollars are staying in Utah and thats better for our local economy. Delicious food served fast... the fry sauce is fantastic and shakes and baklava are on point. I will definitely be back at this Crown Burgers as well as the one off 33rd &...
