DON'T ORDER ONLINE! (my previous review) : "Great customer service. Obviously best selection in the state. Very appreciative of their deals"....... I've chosen to change my rating from a 5 to a 1 star due to the lack of professionalism ordering online. I have received kratom that was 120g off weight and had to contact Tusk Kratom directly to resolve the matter. I had decided to order directly from the manufacturer so I cancelled my order with Day N Night and was told I would be refunded within a few days....6 days later no refund and I had to call to remind them, said they would call me back ( though they did not). Luckily I saw within 30 minutes of calling the refund is now showing in my bank account. Why would they tell me it would take a few days and then after reminding them it immediately showed up in my account. Seems to me they may have untrained/ unknowledgeable or just out right bad employees skimming product for themselves and have hopes to pocket your money. My recommendation if you are ordering online, order directly from the manufacturer ( Tusk, Mitra, Club 13 ect.) and don't take your chances with Day N Night. I can only hope that it is still of professional caliber shopping there in person. I'm simply disappointed, I really liked this shop but I will not be taking my chances ordering...

The experience that I had with this staff/shop has been unparalleled.

I placed an online order for a product that I have been looking for for a while - after searching countless shops in-person and online, they seem to be the only ones carrying this specific item. The shipping was quick; but, I received a product that has the same name, but is different than the one ordered - very easy mistake.

I called and I let them know, and I was given a few options to correct this. Within minutes of the phone call, I received an email with the tracking number of the correct product. About two days later, it arrived with a handwritten note expressing apology and appreciation for business.

Very rarely can a mistake lead one to have a greater appreciation for a business, but this whole experience gives value that is hard to find. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and considerate.

These people know how to do what they do.

(Edit on 9/7/21): I've been going to this place for 2 years now, and lemme tell you, this place is the bomb.com! They have hella chill employees who have amazing customer service skills [Mark is freaking awesome! He is super accommodating, knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly, and he shows you that his customers are important to him!]. They have a wide selection of smoking devices/accessories, CBD [including a wide selection of options to keep your pet feeling happy and healthy!], Kratom [in many different forms!], detox drinks, scales, torches/butane/lighters, cigarillos, disposable e-cigs, rolling papers/wraps, etc! Last, but certainly not least, they have some DOPE art that depicts many of the different faces in the music industry! Seriously, y'all gotta check these guys out! Stop by sometime, and who knows, maybe you'll see me there! Much love and...
