Arbat Banquet Hall — Attraction in South Salt Lake

Had my wedding party here and worse experience. The DJ would not play songs we wanted or requested. Our guests kept asking if he was a DJ as they didn't see him on the turn tables at all. he put in his ipod and played it and was on his cell phone all night. The bathrooms were dirty nasty & the owner came watched us and started moving our stuff around closer to us and rushed us out made my guest feel uncomfortable just standing watching them with his arms folded and rushed us out at 11:30 pm when I rented it till 1 am. We had to ask to for our food to be served and it took forever for them to do so. The salad had no dressing. There was no reason to rush us out and the bar was dirty and the floors were dirty and dusty. The waiters were the only good part of this center. If I could I would not even out a 1 start on this rating. For the prince I feel was not worth it and would have went to Eventos where its clean and good service worth the...

If you're looking for a venue to keep you awake until 1 a.m. every weekend, this is the place. No regard for the people who live near them even after many complaints from various neighbors. *Update 4/21/2024 Arbat is blasting their stereo untill midnight again, so the summer begins and my loss of sleep on the weekends. Despite the city saying you are within the noise db acceptable level, you turn it down when they come to investigate as well as when the police arrive. Then the volume goes up again. The noise ordinance in SSL is 10 pm to 7 am. Rattling my walls until (and usually past) 12 am every Saturday is not acceptable to me as a homeowner. Look around at all the houses less than a block from your venue. Make it stop by 10 pm and turn it down regardless. If it continues I will report this to the BBB as well as any other city officials that can deal with the noise...

1 1/2 years of complaints because this business blasts the bass in their stereo every Saturday in the summer until 1 a.m. Cops suggested I go to the mayors office about this and I will. The noise ordinance in SLC is between 10 pm and 7 am. That means some people work early on Sunday's and we aren't on your party schedule every Saturday. Follow the law and start being respectful neighbors or I'll get you shut down. Last warning. *12/22/2024, back to the same crap. Your stereo is too loud! *New Years Eve 2024-25, music blasting until 1:30 a.m. no regards for neighbors, on a weekday none the less. No end in sight to these children and their music noise....
