So I bought a bed back in February, I was so excited. I had slept in this bed less then 30 days, and started realizing it was causing me to hurt worse than the previous bed I had owned. I called big lots they told me they could not take beds back especially because I had already laid on it. So, then I let it go but the more I continue to have to go to my chriopracter more and more I decided to push the issue. So in july I went back after I was told that the a bed had came from a vendor who guaranteed there beds so I called and they had told me I would recieve a new bed to take it back and call customer service for big lots I did and they not only were rude they refused to exchange my bed although I had to transfer the bed which was money and time. Si I called customer service and they reassured there should have not been one issue and a gm should have called me they did not call me and yet I still sit with a bed I paid 800$ for but I cannot even sleep in I wouldn't recommend this store and I intend to tell each and everyone I know to not even bother because...
Read moreWorkers don't seem to care... First time in here. Stopped because we saw a patio table online that was on sale. The sale said it was in-store and online, but we got in there and saw the table was full price. We figured they maybe weren't participating in the sale, so no big deal. We'd just order online and pick it up later. But there was no line at the registers, so we figured we'd ask the two cashiers if they match the online price as we were walking out. They both looked at each other and said "uhh I don't know" and laughed, and then we all just stood there awkwardly for a while. And then one finally said "I guess you could try to ask the furniture department" and pointed us to a desk where there was no employee... So we just said whatever, ordered online, and went to another Big Lots where the cashier was super helpful and got the correct price. Based on that other location, it also didn't seem like a small patio table had anything to do with the furniture department, so I think they just didn't want to deal with us...
Read moreI went to buy a mattress that they had on clearance with a bunch of other mattresses that were on clearance and they were priced to be about $764 and I waited almost an hour to speak with someone in furniture he comes over and he says that the price is $1200 and I said no they’re all priced about 700 and he says well I am the furniture manager and I wont allow them to be sold at that price someone did that without my consent and I said OK I understand that but that’s not my fault they all were priced at 700 and instead of getting in a fight with him in the store I asked to speak with the store manager he said that she wasn’t there and he wouldn’t give me her name or information because he said no matter what she said he wasn’t gonna let it go at that price if I could give zero stars I would he legally has to honor that price and he refused and I think he thought he could lie and i wouldn’t...
