If you use the popeyes application to order food I would make sure you check your statements. I originally placed a pick order for inside the restaurant. Upon arriving, I went to go inside, and the doors were locked. I didn't want to eat what I ordered in the car, so I went thru drivethru to let them know I wouldn't be picking up my order since I didn't want to eat in my car. I was told they " had nothing to do with the application" I again said I would not be picking up my food. I then drove off trying to salvage my lunch time and still get to eat. A week or so later I'm checking my bank statements, and they charged me for the food. I had to dispute the charge with my bank and contact Popeyes for a refund for goods not received. Had I not seen the charge, I wouldn't have gotten my money back. How can they process a payment for food for an indoor pick-up when the doors were locked? It doesn't make me feel good about the people in charge of this restaurant. Use the application at your own risk. As far as I'm concerned, I will never eat at this location again.
I thought they were getting better but I was wrong.

Compared to my last visits, this was better. Actually, I quit going here for 8 months for lunch( I work within 4 miles) because you could see the pickles have made an imprint in the chicken because they sat there so long because they were pre-made. I was in a rush, and I was close by, so I decided to go in and get a sandwich, assuming it would be old and quick but better than a gas station... When the cashier called out my order, I didn't see him grab a bag and put a pre-made sandwich in it. He waited for someone to make to order.... I almost fainted but kept my cool and got fresh fries also. This place may have a chance yet. But I may have...
Read moreAll around this place has terrible customer service. I arrived at 11:25am, about a half hour after opening. Without any explanation they tell me itll take 25 minutes before food is ready. I should have just left but I figured they were just over estimating and decided to stay. About 10 minutes after I order another car pulls up waiting as well. We talked to one another and they told her they were changing the oil, but I told her I was already waiting 40 minutes when they told me it would take 25. I walk in after 45 minutes, they said they were waiting on mild chicken, and explained that they needed to change the oil because it was old and the new cook didnt know how to do it so it took longer. Why on earth this wasnt changed prior to opening I have no idea. Why they decided to do so shortly after opening is beyond me. I received a refund and got my food, which is great. However, each biscuit was hard as a rock. The mac and cheese tasted like it was just microwaved. Fries and spicy chicken was cold. The only thing that tasted normal was the mild chicken since it was JUST made. After this experience I refuse to visit again. I would not have been so upset about the matter if 1. They would have told me why it would take so long (on the speaker the lady goes "you really going to wait 25 minutes?!) And 2. If they would have came out and apologized for the extended time and kept me updated on the progress. I really wouldnt have been mad. But these people either dont care about their customers or arent properly trained how to keep...

I only eat fish and veggies now so I never thought I'd ever have a reason to try this place.
Holy cow. I can see why the location by my house has a line wrapped around the building twice.
I tried the spicy fish filets. So/so. I wouldn't get it again. Small and just poor quality. Just reminded me of something you'd buy at the grocery store, in a box, frozen.. very small and thin.
That's definitely an item from another known chain out there. But the popcorn shrimp........ tiny baby shrimp so mostly breading, but shoot. It's great. Absolutely great. Dunk the shrimp in cole slaw!! Move over sushi dates with the boyfriend.. I want Popeyes!
I didn't expect much to be honest because they sell chicken.... but I was beyond thrilled at what I tasted today.
Sprinkle that cajuan sparkle packet on the shrimp and in the slaw. Y'all....hands down my most favorite new experience!! I tried some of my boyfriends mashed potatoes, the gravy, what magic are you feeding us, Popeyes!!!
Not only was the food an experience, but the inside of this place, from the food in the jars for show, to the orange paint, the sparkle on the seats...it felt so comfortable and GOOD in there. Very clean as well!!
I'd come here and order the exact same thing again.
Oh, the cajuan mustard!! Bottle it up and sell it.
I wouldn't change a thing about my visit. I plan on getting the exact same thing next time. A++++++++ in my new to food...
