The waffles were good, my first waffle the very edges that hang over the cooking to be expected were not completely cooked. I took the edges off and checked the rest of the waffle and it was just fine! Very tasty. Our waitress was Kaylin. She was very sweet, personable, fun and bubbly. She had spectacular customer service! I do not like grit..I think they taste weird and I don't like the texture. However, that being said I tried the grits there and was very pleased with both texture and taste! I think I found a new favorite. The eggs were done well and were not dry at all. It was a very filling meal that I took home and the ice tea was perfect with just the right amount of sugar. I appreciate all the hard work from the whole crew and wish them many many blessings! If you happen to travel that way make sure you stop in and Kaytlin and have a...
Read moreWaffle houses don't ever seem to be one for efficiency. I know they are busy but this multi tasking seems to...

I couldn't remember whether the food was good, but I was pleasantly surprised this time around. My only complaint is that you have to eat the food quickly, or it gets cold, and cold breakfast isn’t as appetizing.
The staff was extremely friendly, which, coming from Oregon, honestly made me a bit nervous at first. It highlighted just how different the atmosphere is compared to restaurants in Oregon, where people tend to be less warm. The hospitality in the Midwest and South, though, was a nice change. Thanks again for the great service, and enjoy the rest of your day!
