I went to this location for a quick meal as it was 5 o’clock and I had not ate that day. I was the only one in line when I pulled up to the speaker. The cashier said I could place my order when I was ready and as I go to say it she cuts me off and tells me to hold on one moment. Waited about 5 minutes, once she takes my order I get to the window, she takes my payment tells me they are shorted staffed I was really nice at first I said no problem I totally get it, about 10 minutes go by the lady cooking the food ( I assume the manger ) tries to give me a HUGE order for the now car behind me, but I only ordered one small meal. I tell her that is not mine. Another about 10 minutes go by they tell me they have to drop the chicken fresh and pull out front. now I start to get frustrated and I ask her how much longer do you think? She says another 5 minutes .. okay cool.. I have been patient and nice this whole time. I’m sitting out front. I’m waiting for my food longer than five minutes when I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt so now I go inside I ask for a refund. She says my food is ready. It’s sitting on the counter and didn’t bring it to my car and proceeds to say “Sorry the power went out” NOW THE POWER WENT OUT? I don’t even want my food anymore I am so mad. How did they manage to try an give me probably a $50 dollar order for a car behind me when I ordered an $8 meal first.. It is now a week later and I haven’t even gotten my refund. I am not worried about the money it’s the PRINCIPAL that the service was this poor and I waisted 30 minutes of my day when I was the first in line and I haven’t even received my refund. This location needs shut down and I hope corporate sees this and they try to lie about the interaction when I was nice the whole time until I wanted my money back . I will never...
Read moreWorst restaurant in washington.I personally watched on numerous occasions the shift managers,Margret, and Seminol change the color tags on the food, which im pretty sure is against the law, items like chicken strips which are to be kept, i believe for an hour, was re tagged at least twice, which means they sat for 4 hours instead of just the one.The dishes are totally gross and are just covered in weeks of grease,i know these things because yes i am an actual employee.who was "trained" if that is what u want to call it,on doing dishes and there is no washing, they just dip them in hot water, then dipped in sanitizer which is the same sanitizer for the whole day,it is never changed.Kfc used to be my fav,but now i would never eat there nor let anyone eat there.Sorry,I dont know how many people actually read these, but after the things i have seen happen in this particular restaurant, it needs to be put out there,i would just be wrong if i didnt say something about the place, and try to worn about just some of the wrong doings that are taking place. And yes they or at least i was never "trained" anything about wearing gloves, their are boxes everywhere but nobody ever wears them. Totally disgusted at the place,so please if kfc is a must which i believe there food is good, choose a different location, this store is just plain gross, and they are not very friendly on top of it.i recommend the china buffet yummy lol thank you for reading.O and i am Not a disgruntled employee, just a concernd...
Read moreGood food, but I can’t say so much for the service.
On my most recent visit into KFC, like many other visits, was a not so hot one. In the past, I took the service as maybe being a bad day, but once you go in numerous times to the same location with yet again the same service, you realize something is off.
1 car in the drive-thru, no one in the dining room, but took quite a bit of time just to be greeted. If anything, the worker could have said, “Welcome to KFC, I will be right with you”…nothing. She finally called another worker up after 6-7 minutes to take my order.
The dining room is clean, very trendy looking with an amazing KFC bucket light fixture. Cool art on the walls.
Food is always tasty. I love KFC food!
Overall, they just need to do something about the service. Lessons on being polite, friendliness. People may start wanting to come in just because of a pleasant experience.
