I was told the owner was a jerk from another business owner in the area. I decided to give them a shot anyway. The guy behind the counter was arrogant, unfriendly, and a jerk. Guess it was the owner. Brought some cards in to be appraised and looking for some things. Every time we are there, our interactions with the Owner are always pleasant and he is always open to provide any advice we may need when it comes to chasing a specific card. The prices are excellent in store and he frequently gets new items in stock.
