Ok I gave 4 stars overall to this establishment since this was my first time coming here with my boyfriend. 5 stars for the parfaits we ordered. Delicious!! 3 stars for service, because I had to ask the young lady to change her gloves before serving my order after she already served another customer upon our arrival. Wasn't being rude about it, but it was more than right to change gloves each time u serve an order. I only ask that because the young lady left the serving line and went towards the back in the kitchen I took it as being a kitchen back there. So remember Covid is still out and I tend to stay safe as possible.. 2 stars for atmosphere, because upon arrival we wasn't greeted and it felt as if the other young lady who was taking orders was in a rush to take our orders without us looking at the menu to know exactly what we wanted🫥 remind you this was our first time here so of course we needed a little time to decide. Overall, the establishment is clean and neat but I do highly recommend that the staff practice more on engaging with customers entering their establishment rather their regulars or new comers. And lastly, practice on changing out gloves between serving your customers. You never know who you're serving and honestly when I go places I leave honest reviews about my experiences. So plz make some changes because I actually like this...
Read moreI ordered a bowl online, my pick up time was 6:45AM. The store is empty so when I arrived early, I waited until my pick up time( maybe 10 minutes). I parked right in front of the door and noticed an order slip was still sitting on the machine( no biggie could have been old). During the 10 minutes, the worker was in a back room, scrolling on her phone, drinking a beverage, etc. She never came to the front of the store even though a big vehicle was parked out front. At 6:45 I got out of the vehicle to retrieve my bowl, that slipped I mentioned earlier, was my order which was not prepared. As she was preparing my order, which is not 5 minutes after the pickup time, the phone rings, she answered took an entire order over the phone which was about another 2 minutes, and then proceeded to tell me the system doesn’t allow her to know if orders come through online.

Read moreI'm a frequent visitor to this establishment, drawn in by its excellent customer service, pleasant atmosphere, and delicious bowls. However, there are a couple of issues I've encountered. Firstly, there's no designated area for online pickup orders. Secondly, when placing an online order, there's no notification if an item isn't available. It's surprising how much one missing ingredient can affect the smoothie bowl. I believe the website should inform customers of unavailable items to prevent disappointment upon pickup. If not, don’t offer online ordering. Despite these issues, I still highly recommend this place and will continue to support it....
