The Chico's in Southern Pines is the worst store I have ever been in. I have been in that store on more than one occasion and the ladies there are very unprofessional and seem to be in need of diversity training of some sort. I walked into the store and was not greeted nor asked if I had any questions nor assisted in any way. However a short time later 3 Caucasian women walked in and they were greeted, waited on, asked if there was anything that they could do for them, etc. A short time later an African American lady walked in and there was silence with no questions asked and no service provided which is the same treatment as an African American, that I received upon my arrival. Until they are willing to treat everyone with the same level of respect, kindness, and courtesy, I will not personally be stepping back into the store.    Read moreI have been to this store twice and have received deplorable judgemental service on both occasions . I was accused both times of trying to return items that were not their merchandise and had my receipt to show that it was chicos merchandise. The staff needs training on dealing with people in general and most definitely people of color. If I could give less than one star...
