Mr.Shoon, it took us a couple hours but we got it all figured out you're doing a great job you know there's a lot of district managers that know nothing about their companies but your enthusiasm to upgrade your abilities once again was wonderful your customer service was great as hard to find that in the Moore County area so I appreciate our time and I know the customers behind me appreciate how you handled them all so it was a wonderful wonderful experience I have no regrets no problems except I almost came back to see you today cuz I trust on my photos back at them back you are a wonderful salesperson you give the people what they want you give them what they need you don't drive it out price on you don't have to try to put them in situations where there wants overload their wallets yes a great person I wish you all the best in life and hope we go a long way with this company guys if you are interested in a job over there at Pinecrest. They may need some help over there but he was getting bombarded in I really think that a lot more people need to go over there I've never been fond of T-Mobile but he made it a wonderful experience and everything is turned out great. Read moreThe stores I'm familiar with are Belks (best cosmetics); UPS - great variety of services and excellent staff, also locally owned; Walgreens - very busy, well stocked pharmacy, Sally's has good selection of hair and nail products and, as with all shops excellent, knowledgeable staff. Talbots is on the edge of the plaza and well worth an extra stop! Michael's is well stocked and has helpful staff but sometimes hard to find. Hallmarks - great, well stocked shop. Again, each one of the shops I've mentioned I've shopped in and highly recommend. And, I'd give a bad review of those I haven't mentioned if warranted, but I haven't shopped in any...

I went there because I was supposed to pick up equipment (I previously talked with spectrum customer service), when I got to the store the guy didn't even welcome you and once I told him about my situation he was very rude telling me that the store can't deliver any kind of equipment. I do understand that there was a miscommunication from the previous phone call I had but the person at the store could have explained me in a nice manner, not treating me and making me feel stupid. I'm about to cancel service with spectrum and I would never go again...
