Went to check out this new beauty supply store my daughter told me about... so pretty much I was looking for a particular color (they didn't have), so anyway, I settled for my original color. The reason I gave it 2 stars is because the hair I purchased was not like other brands I've purchased from other beauty supply stores. Their brand was poor quality to braid with, and it didn't look as good after braiding was completed. It looked very stiff after setting it 😐So if you're looking for good quality "cheap hair," don't expect that from here. I'm sure they're overcharging us for some braiding hair they probably paid 0.25 cents for. Go spend your $2.99/3.99 elsewhere. I don't think I'll be going back. Not to mention, customer service was poor.. I didn't get greeted at checkout or after purchase. I feel that as a consumer, my business should've be appreciated better. I was quite appalled that this beauty supply store plays explicit music with all sorts of cursing, and heavy use of the N word. I actually mentioned something to an employee once and clearly nothing was taken into consideration because I recently was there again and it was the same. Luckily I had the kids wait in the car, one was a teen but the other is only 3 yrs old. Contrary to popular belief, some black people actually do care about these things and it DOES MATTER. It's extremely unprofessional and highly offensive for them to be playing the unedited versions of these songs in a place of business, especially when it's not like they can't find the clean versions that are...

I came up there last week and I'm just now opening up my wig that I bought that's supposed to look like the picture on the front and it does not it's not even the same way that I bought I don't know what's going on with this place but it's starting to go under I used to shop at this place every day when I used to live in the area I live in Pontiac now so I can't get out here that much and so when I did there wasn't even a lot of wigs to choose from the customer service sucks nobody helps you I don't know what happened to this place but y'all need to get it together I spent 80 something dollars on the wig and it's the wrong one like come on and I can't even come back...
