I am so amazed by Reaver. My husband and I have been using them since we got married and are always impressed by their level of customer service, quality, expertise, and attentioned to detail. When my husband and I were searching for rings, we literally went to several different places before landing at Reavers. We felt that other jewelers were dishonest, just wanted our money, and didn't offer anything that would be of a high quality. The first time we met with Steve, we experienced a level of service that was far beyond what we were expecting. First of, Reavers has been and is a family owned business. They have been in business for over 50 years, which is amazing. They have a large selection of men and women's rings and other jewelry pieces of fine jewelry. My fiance and I went here to have my ring made... we've been together a long time so it was no surprise. Steve educated us on different diamonds, and helped work on a design to make a special custom ring for me. When I was originally sent the CAD drawing, there were a few things I wanted to change, and they didn't hesitate one bit. I told them to only call my fiance when the ring itself was ready. When he finally proposed I was in awe. My ring is gorgeous and I couldn't be happier. They were prompt and professional. I get compliments on it constantly, and couldn't be happier. We had a wonderful experience with Chris in designing my engagement ring. He took his time and educated us, making sure we were comfortable with all aspects of the process. He was patient with questions, honest, professional, flexible, and friendly. He was timely in answering questions about the CAD via email during the design process.
