Not interested in buying from a store that has divisive tendencies. Their web page is littered with ill remarks about the President and his administration. If you’re going to choose to be ignorant with the way you run your business, then I choose to spend my money elsewhere. This political atmosphere is thriving off divisiveness and misinformation and this company is only adding fuel to that fire. You do have the right to freedom of speech, just as I do. And you can continue to exploit fake news on your website, but seriously? Blaming a 2 year old administration for immigration policies that have been in effect longer than this company has been around is playing into the hands of the party I’m sure you stand for. If the personal is political, perhaps you should be more informed, because as it sits your business is an over priced model...

We subscribe to their free mailing list and receive coupons for incredible deals, usually buy something fairly inexpensive and receive something incredibly wonderful.

They often have free gift boxes of spices in support of many groups.

They have bags of the spices, so that once you buy the glass container, you can refill it at an inexpensive price.

They have themed boxes of spices so you can get that aspiring cook a great starter kit and the staff is always ready to help you with any questions you may have.

All in all, a bit more on the expensive side, but if you work with the coupons and deals, you come out ahead in the long-term. 5 stars for service and...

I Love Penzys Spices for quality and freshness and they always have the cute heart stickers with free gifts...But...I had a very Spicy experience at their Beverly Hills store with an employee named Denise-Hence the low rating. I was the only customer in there yet she was condescending towards me and had smart retorts to my questions. When I objected to her behavior she exclaimed that I HAVE to understand that they are busy...What? Two people working and me-one customer. I even had to go to my car & return with my cell phone to prove that I was on the Penzys email list to qualify for my freebee......
