1st there was a 5 minute wait getting through the drive thru with only 1 car ahead of us, was rushed once we got to the menu board, rushed at the window while paying without being granted the opportunity to provide the correct change just to be told to pull over and wait without being offered our drinks or an apology for the wait although I was provided with my small Irish Mint shake ($3.09!!!).
After sipping on the shake during the 20 minute wait for 2 small Whopper meals the final straw was finding a hair in my shake. Of course I was VERY upset so I proceeded to go and ask for a refund for the entire order, being met by who I assume was the Manager on her way out with another employee to deliver food to the car. When I advised her the reason I was asking for a refund, instead of an apology, I was given the dismissive statement that the shake was "made by the shake machine" but was told "no problem" regarding the refund. While the Manager went to deliver the food a VERY RUDE & AGGRESSIVE female employee inquired about the situation and I again gave my explanation and was provided with the same dismissive statement about the shake machine and again not being offered any type of apology. At this point, I had run out of patience and made the statement that I didn't give a f*#k about how it was prepared, I just wanted my money back at which point the employee behind the counter starts getting loud, talking about respect?!? What ever happened to taking accountability & apologizing instead of giving half @$$ excuses?
I have been in Customer Service for 20+ years and FULLY understand why the general public has no respect for people in my profession because of situations like this. Heads up, if it wasn't for the public, you wouldn't have a job.
Maybe if you guys were wearing gloves & hair nets and doing what you are demanding $15 per hr to do instead of waltzing around with that wild dry weave, calling for backup staff you obviously should have called in an hour ago and provided me with some type of apology maybe I would have not found hair in my shake and provided you with professional courtesy instead of writing this scathing Google review to be followed up by a call...

There are lots of other reasons as written in other reviews. All in all, there are other Burger King and fast food to not have to deal with all this. There is clearly no ownership going on. Goes without saying we...
Read moreThe only positive thing I can say about this location is that I like the new sign. Every other aspect is awful. I’ve never waited longer at the drive thru ordering kiosk. I thought the store might be closed. Once I was finally able to order, I drove to the window only to wait for my food longer than any other previous wait. Any other time I’ve waited long for food, the food was piping hot. Not this time. The food was merely warm which indicates that cooking wasn’t the slowdown. The irritating part is that I saw at least three employees just leaning around and chilling. One employee stocked a few cups at a snails pace. I received no apologizes or niceties. This is the second time I’ve given this location a bad review. I hadn’t visited the location for a couple of years and thought I’d give it another chance and, other than a new sign and remodeling, the place is just as terrible. I don’t know if this is a franchise or corporate location but whatever it is, they should expect low sales and an eventual closing. Someone needs to fire every single employee and do a better job of hiring good employees next time. It’s obvious that no one is...
