Unfortunately not a good visit for us. The location was good and the service was nice so this place has potential for us. We ordered 15 meowlers online and paid for our order the night before. We set our pickup time at 11:30am, 30 minutes after open time. Our order was not started when we arrived, so we had to wait about 20 minutes. That would have been ok if the rest went well. The pour on the bottles was all over the place and not full on many bottles. The packaging was not done well and now we have 15 flat pints only by the evening. This ended up being a big waste of money and time for us. We have picked up beer from several breweries and never had this experience with such poor handling of brews. What a shame.

If you love Michigan craft beer this is your place. I no longer live in the area and boy do I miss it. Bring in your own food or snacks, start a board game and get a flight or a pint and relax. Priced individually by size, which is nice. You get what you pay for. The owner is wonderful. The staff has just the right amount I'd nerd that will make all feel welcome. The style is industrial I would say, wood and metal. Clean bathrooms, tons of taps. 98% Michigan beers with a few visitors. Dog friendly. Nice folks! A wonderful place to gather and enjoy beer!

Been a patron here since before the official opening. Always a well rotated selection. Fast service, they'll soak and rinse your growler as well. Keep in mind a lot of people know when 'the good stuff' is on tap and it will go fast.

I lived in the area a decade ago and was just recently back. I wish they had something this cool when I lived nearby! It's a very intimate vibe but still feels like a place to be. The patio is nothing more than some chairs on the sidewalk but it has a great view of the pet shop next door so we loved dogwatching with a couple brews.

As for the nain event: Beer... They have full descriptions of most of their taps on each table which my beer rookie buddy GREATLY appreciated. They still had the classic hipster microbrewery chalkboard on the wall for veteran drinkers. From what I could tell, they didn't have a fully local selection but there were certainly plenty of Michigan beers and ciders to choose from.

I love love the concept of the sister shop next door with coffee and ice cream. Totally stopped for a cone after closing our tab! Cant...

I would think twice before doing business with this company. I've been a bartender for three years now and had the misfortune of interacting with Brian (one of the owners) one night. I've truly never experienced a more cold and cruel person in my life (not just at work). Sure, I'm "just" a bartender, but I believe the true character of a person can be discovered in the way they treat someone who can do nothing for them. Despite prompt, polite service on my end, he made me and my coworkers feel like tiny, less-than human creatures. I have since left that job, but I have had a hard time shaking the words he used with me that night more than a year ago. I would strongly suggest taking your...
