I showed up at 9:05 for a 3 hour testing that I was told could be done at any time, no appointment necessary. I was first greeted by Kelly who was extremely rude and immediately informed me that she goes to lunch at 12, since she’d now have to stay mere minutes past. Kelly began slamming things around like a child throwing a temper tantrum over these 5 minutes. As Kelly attempted to find my vein, she grew even angrier and did not bother to try and hide her frustration that she couldn’t find my vein. Luckily, Jalissa stepped in. Kelly told Jalissa that Jalissa was going to have to stay past noon with me as she refused to postpone her lunch by 5 minutes. Jalissa also tried to show Kelly how to find my vein easily and when Kelly came over to observe, she not only couldn’t have cared less about learning how to do her job, she made it a point to tell Jalissa that she still wasn’t staying past noon. I'm with the other reviewer. Don't walk, RUN THE OTHER WAY. There is ZERO options of obtaining quality care from Jency Jacobs.

Unfortunately, the mental illness stigma among healthcare professionals is common Never have I experienced a worse bias than with Jency Jacobs.

I have had a lifelong battle with depression and have been on anti-depressants for 25 years

But I have never had the symptoms that prompted to to seek medical care with Jency Jacobs.

Unfortunately, that was a MAJOR MISTAKE. She discounted all of my symptoms and billed the visit with a diagnosis of depression, completely ignoring my physical symptoms. At one point, she even rolled her eyes. I am a retired ICU nurse, but she couldn't even extend her professional courtesy to give me the benefit...

The most dehumanizing experience I've ever had in my life, I was originally told I was going to Farmington and then to Southington ..i was supposed to see ..dr. Isaac moss and they tried to make me see a physiatrist.., the receptionist was rude arrogant condescending menacing loud obnoxious and extremely insensitive, obviously very little or no training, and anyone with receptionist and office staff that poorly prepared and that snotty it isn't worth going to the doctor there there are plenty others ..run walk crawl take your scooter do whatever you have to do and get away from this place as fast and as far as you can... I am extremely dissatisfied and I would not recommend this place...
