I brought my daughters in to shop today and was abruptly greeted by a rude employee that demanded we wear a mask. We were the only other ones in the store. I told the employee that we had gone to the other location in Euless and shopped there numerous times without masks on since the Governor of Texas lifted the mask mandate. She said it was a corporate policy that we wear a mask. I asked her if she had one we could put on and she stated that we could buy one. We left and took our money to Altar'd State, where they welcomed us with friendly faces! My daughter and I visited this location on Saturday (9/24). The store was full of shoppers and the girls behind the counter were so unprofessional. There were four girls at the time of our visit and all they did the entire time we were in there was gossip and talk about one of their fellow employees. As a customer, I don’t want to hear this going on as I shop, but second it felt like I was witnessing a real life episode of mean girls. They never stopped gossiping long enough to greet a customer, offer a dressing room or even interact with the many clients they had in the store...

Walked in the Southlake location as instructed by the DM to resolve the issue I had with the Mgr at the horrible Euless location Boutique 686 and the slender, long dark haired young lady who seemed kind of spaced out looked at me like “why are you here?” Before pretending to be fixing clothes on a rack. I greeted her & said “hello, do you work here?” And again was looked at crazy like “why are you talking to me?” Smh I’ll never step foot or spend a dime in a Francesca’s again.
