Normally, I changed my own oil, been burnt before going to these quick lube places. I've been busy lately and told my wife to stop in there because her vehicle needed it.

They failed to reinstall the cover, and it looks like they didn't take it all the way off based on the oil spilled all over it. All the hardware was gone, so I had no choice but to make a second trip up there to have them put it back on.
