Only one star because like the other reviewer, the manager and person who answers the phone provides POOR customer service and has a lousy attitude. I tried to avoid calling in and used the online ordering. But then, there was a problem with my gift card so I had to call in. First, they were reluctant to try to fix the problem and just wanted to charge the full amount on my credit card because it meant re-doing the transaction. I asked them to please try using my gift card (which I bought from them). The manager charges $7.00 even thou the gift card amount should be $7.78. She explains that the cents could be messing up the system. The gift card goes thru (because there was nothing wrong with the gift card to begin with) and I ask about the .78 cents. My kids love Pizza Hut pizza and if it wasnât for them Iâd never order another pizza from here ever again. The âmanagerâ Victoria was very unprofessional and told me to stop ordering pizzas if they are always burnt and when I threatened to call corporate she said âgo ahead!â She did not refund me for my pizza which she should have. I was very unhappy but agreed to have three personal pan pizzas made because those never seem to get burned. She tried to tell me that all of their pizzas come out darker. Well thatâs a problem because it is uncalled for. There was ZERO white cheese on my cheese sticks or box dinner pizza. I specifically upgraded to the cheese sticks and they were inedible.    Read moreIf I could give no starts I would the manager on duty today donât listen hangs up in your face they messed up and instead of listening to me I told her since they didnât do what they said they would I had to show proof witch was fine I literally said that when I got on the phone I would come by I have ordered from them for years and never had problems till today with her she definitely is in the wrong industry because she doesnât know what she is doing !!!!!!!!!!!!!
