The staff here were NOT very helpful AT ALL and took dialect for me from my x DI which resumed in prejudice , then instead of trying to compromise and make a sale by taking boots off a mannequin which these boots were on clearance refused to in order to make a sale and when I asked what they did when they take them off the mannequin she said put them on the floor for sale!!! So why not sell them now?!!! Then when inquiring about this I asked a girl in the back she said she didn’t know n I had to go ask myself when she had a microphone n earpiece for communications to ask and if asked if she could just ask since she worked there , and when I asked her position title said she was even a manager!!!! Being in customer service myself I will go out if my way to help someone Especially when I’m in a top tier position and to accommodate the custom er to ensure they have a good experience and come back … let alone that’s my reputation on the line and shows my integrity and my work ethic with the company I’m representing as a front line employee!!! I’m starting to never want to shop this company again , the products aren’t always great quality I’ve had boots fall apart at the sole a purse fall apart I bought in Vegas store after just a month and paying $300 for it and my pants come apart at the seems .. Read moreMy friend tried to talk to the manager about a bracelet she had just bought and only wore once. The bracelet broke after wearing it only 1 time. The sales associate told my friend that jewelry cannot be returned and brought the manager up to the counter and she did not even say hello or how can I help you, she looks at my friend and said "what." When my friend asked if she could return it or exchange it the manager said "no." No explanation or anything. My friend told her maybe that is something you should let your customers know that jewelry cannot be returned. The manager rolled her eyes and laughed as she walked away. Read more2/26/2025 This day I went to the Guess store because I bought an item a few months ago, and when I decided to use it I realized that they did not remove the super tag ink, I returned to the store to have them help me remove it and with a very arrogant attitude, both people who assisted me denied me help since they were demanding the receipt for it, which I no longer have since several months have passed, and one of them who claimed to be a manager insinuated that I am a thief and that's why I couldn't remove this device, I am a frequent customer of this store but since then I can't set foot in it again, at least in the legends outlets location, if anyone knows of another Guess store in Reno I would appreciate it if you could please let me...
