Management changed from 1 year ago. You will get more food than you can eat. That's coming from a 6'+ man that puts down liters of 1/2 and 1/2 with a dozen eggs for fun.

Staff is also mildly hipster and much friendlier 😆

---------- OLD REVIEW ----- Sorry guys. I have to agree with the other reviewer. I've been to hundreds of chipotles because I travel the country for work as an on-site engineer, and chipotles have a special place in my heart. I love them. And I try to go to them whenever possible.

This chipotle in particular was disappointing. You will receive the smallest portions of beans, rice, and meat - compared to other chipotles.

You will also be rushed in and out of line in about 45 seconds. This is hands-down the fastest chipotle there is. And because of their incredible speed you will feel treated insincerely, just like another number while pointed questions are rapidly directed at you regarding toping choice.

I will say I did receive a heaping scoop of both mild salsa and corn salsa on both of my orders.

I want to thank the other honest reviewer for their feedback that I read before ordering. It helped me order two burritos when I normally order one. This allowed me to be satisfied.

I feel like people should know the truth about this restaurant and at the same time I feel so sorry for the employees that work there. They're clearly trying so hard. And they're only doing this fast and insincere approach because of a poor manager.

P.s. It is my opinion the other 5 star reviews are either fake, idiots, chipotle affiliates/employees, or they don't like rice/beans.

And if you're set on a chipotle type meal, but thinking not here - check BJ's right next door and order "Lemon thyme Chicken." It's pretty awesome for a few $ more.

For the manager, if you want help running a successful chipotle, one of the best ones I've been to is in downtown nashville across from a crossfit near 'climb nashville west.' Address: 2825 West End Ave, Nashville, TN 37203. They are 95% as quick as your chipotle, cater with sincerity, and provide above decent potions of the cheap ingredients people crave like rice and beans. Perhaps a quick conference call will help. I have really tried to give Chipotle several chances. I will say that the last 10 times I have placed an order they have messed up my order. All different locations. I can't tell you how many times I have ordered a Salad and had no dressing, and since there is no way to leave a note or up the quantity on the dressing, I have actually pit "2 Dressings Please :)" in my order name...Still receiving zero.

Today I sent someone to get my order to this location. I thought they had forgotten two of the tortillas because I only saw one small tin foil in the bag, turns out they asked him small or large, and because I have never been asked this, nor is it an option on your website to choses a size when adding to the order...I had not idea to tell them.

Then I get informed that you are charging for extra dressing...I know this could be a thing now. But I have never been charged for extra before, and would have had something to say as I have not received the dressings that were supposed to accommodate every salad I have ordered in the past. I am really hoping this fee is not a standard.

I honestly was not going to make a review but then upon eating my meal found there was so little meat I was astonished. I mean about 5 pieces of each protein selected.

As someone who has been a manager for several food establishments, I just ask that you review this with your team. Make sure what you are doing matches what your website offers. And please touch on...

TLDR: Absolutely egregious dining experience. 0/10 would NOT recommend and I will NOT be returning.

I went here with my friend, I had a gift card I was excited to use, and the experience was awful. The entire restaurant was absolutely filthy, every single table was dirty and there was pieces of trash all over the floor. The drink and utensil section had spilled sauce all over it. We had to wipe our own table down in order to eat inside, since it was freezing cold outside. The food counter where we order was filthy as well. It looked like the glass had been cleaned with a very old or very used cloth it was all streaky and cloudy. Half of the food containers were almost empty and looked as if they had been there for many hours. The quality of the food was absolutely sub par, but we had to try our best to eat it because that gift card was dinner for the night. The service was extremely slow and we were not greeted when we walked in or when we went up to the counter. There seemed to be 5 or 6 staff members in the kitchen doing who knows what (not cleaning the restaurant or service area obviously).
