Awesome experience with Grainger yesterday. I had a stage light that needed a new fuse but had no idea on what type of fuse it needed. The old fuse was not in the unit so I had nothing to reference. No model number, no manual, nothing! The staff at Grainger jumped all over it and were able to find the right fuse. They even let me plug it in and test it out. The motor worked but there was no light, so they helped me open it up an lo and behold there wasn’t a bulb!! Then the employee helped me search for a new bulb, trying out several options. Unfortunately we weren’t able to find the right bulb, but I did find one at a different store and the unit works perfectly! I’m sure that this was an extremely small job for them to handle, but their level of customer service was excellent!! I have no doubt that they would provide that same level of attention to much...

Amazing employees, excellent stock, terrible website; product specs are often either improperly logged or just not listed at all. In my case, I was looking for a left-handed or reversible lever-style exit trim device for our fire door, but couldn't filter down the options on the site because most didnt say if they were left or right handed, few said if they were fire rated, nearly all didnt have their dimensions listed, and some didnt even specify if they were a lever or a handle, making it so I couldn't filter my search even...
