Do not go here. If you get a part and it turns out that it is not the part needed. They will not take it back there receipt says they will not take parts back that are damaged but does not say installed parts that it turns out you didn't need. I put a part on my washing machine and turns out I did not need it. And it was on for 5 min and they would not take it back because it is now a used part that is damaged. The part is brand new and identical to all the other ones they are selling. Now I'm stuck eating the cost. Owner was very rude when refusing the return saying that they never return installed parts but no where does it say that on the receipt. I would understand if I broke it but this part is in...

Not good. They said I needed acertain bulb for my fridge. Sold two of them to me, ended up not working. Thought that maybe the switch went out in the last week so I tested the socket. It was good, so I took back the bulbs hoping for maybe there was multiple part numbers in the computer but he didn't bother even looking or refunding my money. Just said well either your socket don't work or the switch went out. I couldn't see both sockets going out and I tested the one. The switch is in working condition. He says: well I am not there checking it so I couldn't tell you. I asked 2 times maybe a 2nd part number in the computer but he just wasn't going to look for me... what a waste of time and money. Was very pleased with my visit today, not to sure what dryer parts go for, the one i got was a bit more then i had expected. Me being the only customer there, all the employees dug for numbers both in a book and in the computer for like a rebuild kit to save me money which they did find but had asecond thought that the whole unit would be best, but very happy that they did what they could to try to help me with my needs. Another thing too my dryer is ancient so i thought finding a heating element was going to be a big of a challenge but no the had one in stock which kinda surprised me. I will definetly be back of i need more appliance parts and will recommend this...
