The only thing holding this place back is its very small size and the deals are only great if you want to buy multi of everything (3/$5.00 or $1.89ea. etc.) If you just want 1 or 2 of something and don't want the 5 lemon pies or 3 loaves bread, etc. Then you still get a discounted price from regular store prices, but not the super discounted price that you get for buying their specials in multiples.

Selection is literally limited to bread, some grain cereals, a few pastries and other sweet treats and the best pact gravies you'll ever find. But, what they do sell is quality in quantity.

If you have large groups to feed or if you don't mind stocking up and freezing your breads this is where to go for a break from the grocery store prices.

This is more for overall Franz Bakery Outlets Depending on which one you go to there is a WIDE variety of Pleasant to almost Annoyed that you are there as a customer. If have to say the 1 up on Market St. (just South of Francis) is the most pleasant and helpful Managers and employees ever! They have this air about them that makes you not just feel Welcome, but almost like family! Whereas the Main one attached to the Bakery on N. Fancher Rd. (just North of Sprague), is completely the opposite! Every time I have come in there they seem almost irritated that you even came in the door and want to see how quickly they can get you out of there. It's very sad and frustrating. I applied for a cdl driver job. Franz had me train with the new hire. That got hired just before I got hired. Franz has no new driver training program. Franz let me go within the 90 days there supervisor Clinton said it real clear that I was being let go because I didn't get my doubles endorsement fast enough. Now franz has sabotage me from getting hired on with Swift. Thank you franz. Just maybe just maybe if you had a better new hire driver training program none of this would have ever happened.
