The sales staff in the store were very helpful and kind. However, they did not have the size boot in the color we wanted in stock. I ask the sales lady if we could order them and she said yes. So we proceeded the ordering process, after everything had been entered we hit the order button and there was an error on the billing address, we corrected the error then she hit order again. The lady made the comment I hope it doesn't charge your card more than once. Well as a matter of fact it not only charged it once but three times. I called the company and they said this is a common practice to hold the amount of the order each time you hit the order button and only the order that went through would actually come off my card the rest would be refunded to my account. We are talking a $200.00 purchase times 3 and this is a common practice for them. They also told me it would only take 3-5 days to clear of my account, it took 6 before I could use the $600.00 in my account. Then to top it all off after waiting for the boots to be delivered they cancelled the order and refunded my money without an email or a call or anything. Gave me compliments inscurate information when purchasing boots. i am usually a size 9.5 and she told me to buy an 8! i asked her if i could try on boots and she said they werent allowing that right now. The third pair came defective so I returned them. I finally decided to deal with a brick store so I called to Spokane Valley, Wa. location. I spoke with Manager Ashley who worked hard to get my order straight. She helped me to reorder them. So this time I drove 2 hours to the store to pick them up, I was so discouraged and disappointed they had received the same defective boots that I had returned online. They went out of there way to guarantee me a good pair. They began calling across the U.S. to find me a good pair. I left trusting that they were doing there best. I explained to the store clerk Hunter to please thoroughly examine the next pair that came in. I am happy to report that they shipped the pair of boots free to me and as per my request the boot are Amazing and beautiful.
