Costco Food Court — Restaurant in Spokane Valley

This has been the second time i have called at least an hour ahead of time to get 4 whole pizzas, due to my sons birthday party. I had told them that I would be there at 5pm to pick my pizzas up. Unfortunately when I got there they told me it would be 4 more minutes. Unfornutaly they were passing whole pizzas to others before me, even when they had called my number 141, they were giving people whole pizzas up to number 208. They made me wait for 30 minutes for pizzas that I had already called for. Also Karen made it seem like I had just ordered those pizzas when I didn't I understand it was busy but golly And Jacob the one cutting pizzas was just screaming names and numbers and moving tickets...

It's a great place to grab some cheap food... not great customer service though. I watched a lady buy with cash, I forgot to order a chiro so I got in line behind her. She paid with cash... I was told they WOULD NOT accept cash from me because I had a card... the two women then went back to start prepping food again and didnt say another word to me. the lady literally just paid for her cart of food and items with a card in line... if your going to accommodate for one,...
