Staff was very nice. Bought my very first Pandora Charm Bracelet 2 weeks ago and had no idea where to start. Tylee was my sales associate that day and showed me all the bracelet and charm options. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything when I was there. She was very professional. Today I bought some new charms for the bracelet. Tylee helped me out again and listened to what I was looking for giving me plenty of different options and price ranges. Tatum was there too and was also very helpful and professional. Tylee personally called the downtown Pandora to see if that location had a charm I was looking for, and the other location put it on hold for me. I went to pick up a charm that was ordered for my daughter’s birthday and when going into the store there was a lady shopping around and the worker. I told her I was there to pick up an order and she said she didn’t see anything in when she came in this morning, I had clarified that it was made within the last hour. She gave a lecture about how the policy is typically 2 hour timespan for ordered to be made but since I was there she would get it ready. Let me reiterate, there wasn’t anyone in the store other than a lady who was shopping who she currently wasn’t helping. I’ll order from another store and she did not have a customer service or friendly “how can I help you attitude”. Won’t be picking up...

Came in with my sister hoping to purchase bracelets for both of us, was having high expectations since my sister had purchase from this location previously. Walked in and only one lady greeted us, the other three didn’t even care to look up. Told the lady what I was looking for and felt like she was looking down on me and my sister. She acted like we couldn’t afford to pay for the jewelry. Her attitude only changed when she realized that we were actually going to purchase items later on. She even turned around and gave a look to the two ladies behind the counter like she was surprised we even made a purchase. The whole interaction just felt gross and I didn’t want to stay in store anymore...
