Terrible experience, the food was bland and tasteless, I know how humus is made, I know what it taste like, when I went to the cooks and asked if they could alter it to give it more flavor they refused, and tried to tell me that was how it’s supposed to be. It was bland paste. Not humus. And the Gyro bread was slimy, the lettuce was obviously bad, the sauce tasted sour, and the meet was hard and dry. My boyfriend had to go throw it up because it was THAT BAD. I brought all of this to the attention of the staff because we spent 30$ for one sandwich and humus just for bland paste and a shitty sandwich that made my boyfriend SICK and they refused to alter anything for us or help us in any way. They took ZERO accounts and blamed it on US??? It was disgusting behavior from the red head at the counter telling me I was lying??? I told her and the chef to taste the food and see for themselves!! so they could fix the problem!!! And they refused and said I didn’t know what I was talking about. TERRIBLE. Disgraceful and disgusting. It’s so sad because we came when they first opened, when it was run by the family who started the business we LOVED the food and told dozens of friends to try it, going back and seeing how their staff is running that place off the map and into the ground is so sad. I hope the owners read this and make some serious staff changes because they are destroying...

Wow!! I’m shocked to find this authentic and delicious food inside a mall food court! Everything was amazing! I order the Gyro Greek Salad and the Beef Lamb Gyro with truffle fries UPDATE A week later I couldn’t wait to come back and eat again! My first experience was so nice! But today I was handed what was clearly uncooked meat on my salad! It was mush! I took it back and showed her and asked for falafel instead I got not even a full side serving of falafel! I asked for a drink for my troubles and she acted like that was a big ask! They literally gave me food that would have made me sick! Needed to pick up a gift card, but whenever we (rarely) visit, it's always cool to see what food options are currently in the SV Mall food court. I guess this place has been here for over a year. At first you might cringe at the price of a Gyro, but that bad boy was loaded, and none of us complained. The meat was moist and flavorful; great tzatziki, and good fixins. They were not terribly busy on a Sat late lunch, but if more people knew about them that might be different. They are a great option for hungry...
