Just went into the store which I've always enjoyed this place and the customer service but this time the girl was automatically rude, like I was such an inconvenience to her! I was literally the only customer in there, no smile, no how can I help you! I was standing at the counter to get the security thing taken off my hat that I got as a gift and they forgot to take off when it was purchased. She comes up finally and says what do you need, making a purchase or something?... I said no I just need this taken off, she says I need you to get over on this side then. Oh ok, hi to you too! Literally minimum wage is outrageous right now and still customer service is just terrible and ruining great businesses!...

I have a doctors note that excuses me from wearing a face mask at all times. They refused to give me any sort of service because I wasn’t wearing a mask. I informed the lady that I had a doctors note and she still refused service!

I usually get decent customer service when I'm in but this time it was terrible. The emoloyees were all standing around talking, no one even acknowledge that I was in the store let alone right behind them. They were talking about getting skin punched out and making people eat it and then they were cussing a fair amount. I understand the store is more directed for 18+ age group but I still feel like knowing your audience is an important thing to remember, there were other customers in the store with young kids.
