Literally the worst customer service I possibly ever had. Obviously the worst customer service from O'Reilly's which is strange because they're always usually very helpful. First off there was a group of people working on their vehicles with Jack and full-on equipment blocking people from coming in and out and I got splashed with oil all over my clothes. I think it's ridiculous that O'Reilly's lets their customers work on their cars like that extensively in front of their businesses. I understand adding a quart of oil or windshield wipers and things like that but I find full on garage work in front of your business bad practice. I needed to scan my vehicle because it was showing a code and I walked in and was met with Esteban, one of your employees who didn't even give me so much as a hello but a Blank Stare. I wanted to stand there myself to see how long it would take him to even greet me but that would have been rude so I was the bigger person and started the conversation myself. When I handed over my ID to get the scanner he picked up my ID lifted it up in the air and stared at it all funny and then said" who is this guy?". Upon returning the scanner I was also dealing with him or he was sarcastic cold and extremely again not helpful. I wouldn't pay this guy to scrub the dirt off off my shoes. I think that he needs to be reevaluated especially since I'm sure this isn't the first time he's had Behavioral problems. Went on with a friend to return a oil filter for a Chrysler van with a 4 liter engine. Along with some 10W-30, when we arrived a worker named Esteban came to us to "help" us. The worker made rude comments about the fact I was wearing a shirt o had worn before on a previous visit? (Washers exist) And when I asked him about why he was saying that I was meant with a snarky rude comment. We got refunded for the filter but not the oil as the oil had been opened previously which we knew would've been a stretch but money is tight for us, he also made rude backhanded remarks about us wanting to return the oil. As we left I said and I quote "hey man sorry for the hassle with the oil, we're kinda slow" and was meant with "yea I could tell when you walked in" this is completely inappropriate behavior when I was being nothing but amicable towards him and seeing other customers have experienced similar experiences I suggest you find somewhere else to buy your parts or purchase them off the web where your intelligence isn't made fun of for not reason and where you not looked down upon for liking to wear a shirt??? Honestly disappointed and do not ever see ourselves returning here nor recommending it to anybody else. After our first visit at the beginning of September (2022), we were given the wrong part and told we needed to return to the store to pay for the shipping of the new part. I had to show the sales associate the direct pay to order after he turned the screen my way because he simply had no idea what he was doing. Fine, whatever. 2 weeks ago, with our vehicle still giving us issues, we were told we needed a part for the fuel pump. The sales associate took our money and "ordered" said part. A phone call to the manager (we've had to speak to both John and Brad several times now) to pick our part up today (as we were told to do a week later) was met with "the manufacturer never put the order in"...so, no part. We've been sitting without a vehicle for 2 weeks, again, but someone took the payment for the part, and we are now having to go entirely elsewhere to get this piece (thank you NAPA, you will get my positive review!). It's the 1st of October. ONE MONTH LATER. I'm fairly certain that any employee who works here has never owned a vehicle, let alone fixed any part of one. The incompetence and ignorance is astounding and it's a sh*t show any time we try to give them another chance....
