Pizza Rita — Restaurant in Spokane

Would have been 5-star if not for the inadequate cheese coverage...I would go so far as to say they outright skimped on the cheese. There were substantial sections of barren pizza with a sad little smear of dried-out sauce and scattering of toppings, just crying out for a warm gooey cheese blanket. You know a pizza is under-cheesed when you and your date are making decisions about which slice to grab based on the obvious dairy discrepancy. If this sounds like a joke to you, I can assure you it is not, but rather a deliberately cheesy-sounding review meant to drive home my point about the lack of cheese on your pizza. Apart from this catastrophe of cow's milk, this dearth of dairy, this tragedy of too little topping, the pizza was quite good- crust was soft but crackly on bottom..in a good way. Sauce tasted fresh. Cheesy garlic bread was good but..well you already know- needed more cheese. Not so lacking as with the pizza, but when cheese is in the name, should be an ample amount. But that dipping sauce was damn good. Service was friendly, delivered on time. I'll get it again- a Pizza Ri-try if you will- but if I have to dip into my private stash of Tillamook again it just might be the last. And that would make me sad. Ashley too.

Excited there is a Rita on the south hill. Bummed that there seems to be an area that Pines location and new south hill won't deliver to that is between them. We ordered carry out. Our large custom pizza was amazing. Fresh, gooey cheese. Our monkey bites were good. Wondering why the cups for soda were so small, soda is so cheap. We added a carry out pepperoni to our order since we were picking up as it was a special. This pizza was subpar. Barely any cheese and over cooked. It was very dry. I'm a big fan of the franchise but the ppl on South Hill always have a bad attitude I just tried to order and they said we close in 20 min so I can't take an order the level of communication was figured it out bro we close at 11 I was like I know it's Friday by the way it was 1040 they need to be completely replaced last time I ordered the girl showed with an attitude because she had to come up some stairs she said you could have met me outside and now there the only ones I can order...
