UPDATE: Between the aggravation and stress of the whole washer ordeal, KC the manager at the store was able to set the situation in order and I feel better after it all. We purchased a washer and dryer set on July 7 2017. I called on July 19 2017 at 12:44pm and spoke to Donna to say my washer has stopped working and I need to have it services. Donna informed me that service department will call me shortly. At 5:30 that evening I called again and spoke with Donna and explained to her that no one has called to set up and appointment, she said again that she would call the service department and personally call me back. At 6:30 I did not receive a call back, so I called again and was told by a different employee that the number I had proved twice was not annotated in the notes (even though I asked Donna to please use the number provided to return my calls,which she said she had). I was told by the employee that a tech should call the next morning between 7 and 8am to set up a time to service the machine. I was called at 8:39am and a time was set for 3:30pm. I received a call from Donna at 10:45am to say that they will bring a replacement if the tech is unable to fix on site. The tech could not fix on site, I called Donna again at 3:35pm July 20 2017 to let her know the part will take 3 days to arrive, Donna said that all the delivery workers were at lunch but when they got back she'd have them load up my loner washer and have it delivered to me between 4 and 7 today and they will call when it is on its way. At 6:57 I called to see if they were headed this way, and low and behold the office was already closed and no one brought my washer. I have had my children's clothes sitting in a washer for 2 days waiting for Aaron's (which is 2.3 miles from my house) to fix/deliver a liner washer seeing as it states per contract that as long as payments are being made they will fix their equipment. So now I'm still responsible to pay on time, in full, and they have not fulfilled their obligation. Read moreThis is the second purchase we've made with Aaron's. The first being a living room sectional and ottoman🛋 to which we paid off and just LOVE. We just moved into our new home and my husband surprised me and just bought me the SAMSUNG Washer & Dryer and I LOVE THEM SO SO MUCH🥰 Anyone who knows me knows I take doing laundry🧺 VERY SERIOUSLY and these machines are ABOVE the rest I've EVER had. I am also more than ESTATIC with the people who work here at Aaron's on Commercial Way. BEST STAFF !!! Nancy is just a SWEETHEART and an asset to that company for sure, her friendliness and professionalism is beyond top notch. I had our guest room television short out so I was gonna buy one to replace it but was going to wait for my next month's pay day so I thought about leasing one until then when I saw there ad. So I did the application over the phone and the delivery was set up for the following day. I took off work early and when I got home I called and spoke to a Nancy I believe who wasn't pleasant to deal with. Apparently they didn't even complete my app, trying to make it out as my fault and trying to tell me I gave them the wrong number which was only one of the 2 that was put on our application the second one they had was correct, but still didn't contact my wife. She then tried to tell me what I own and don't own? ? Really lol, well we know what we own but again she didn't even try and contact us to clarify so no I don't need the beneath you treatment from someone who thinks she's better than I am.
