Ordered a pair online of air max 270s and picked them up, made the mistake of not checking them due to being in a hurry my fault but noticed when I got home the box had water damage. I tried them on and they didnāt fit. I took them back to the store to exchange them and the young lady at the register flipped them over looked at the bottom and said āyou wore them!ā I said no maāam I did not I picked them up yesterday and didnāt look at the bottoms however look at the box itās water damaged. She exchanged them but said she could only do it this one time. It was frustrating that she didnāt ask but just assumed I wore these shoes. And my mistake I now know to check them in front of the cashier online order or not however, just want to add when they brought me the bigger size the bottoms were all messed up and scratched so I asked them to bring me a different pair and the second pair was on a mani but in better shape. Perhaps before you assume, you do let customers try the shoes on in store. Also I have morals and wouldnāt wear a pair of shoes and return them, much less I didnāt even have those shoes in my possession for a full 24 hours and bought them for a new job I start on Monday. I'm doing holiday shopping with my daughter and noticed on my bank app that I was charged twice. You would think this would be a simple fix due to a honest mistake by either the cashier or technology on their end but of course not!! Instead I had to have a heated argument with four different employees/managers with them refusing to give a refund even though I showed them their mistake on my bank app. One employee even had the nerve to have me log in and out of my bank account in front of my daughter and the other shoppers. Made me feel like I was trying to commit fraud over a $100+ overcharge. Any other company would have refunded me upon providing proof of my bank account showing that I was charged twice. Never in my life have I dealt with such embarrassment. And my honest opinion I think one of the employees is stealing and taking the money out of the cash funds at the end of the night. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a manager themselves...

I was purchased it for my computer chair, but it doesnāt matter I purchased it on Friday went home took the little paper tag off of it. Set on it for 20 minutes or so, and decided it was like a rock and decided to return it. I put the paper tag back on it and went back to Dickās on Monday. They informed me it was now used, and they didnāt take any used item back, which means anything that you take the tag off of and donāt lie to them that you didnāt set it on your counter put it in your tackle box. Take the rod home and decide after you put it together you didnāt like it. You canāt return it or even get a store credit which Iāve been happy to accept. They told me no itās used. Itās yours. Thatās my experience and my last experience with Dickās Sporting Goods over $20 and Iāve been shopping with Dickās Sporting Goods ever since they opened in my community 15 years...
