If I could rate this store at a negative 5 stars, I WOULD. After returning from visiting my grandmother in her rehabilitation facility, my mother and I stopped by here in search of some furniture ideas and price points. Upon realization that it was a large showroom of overpriced particle board made in China "liquidated" furniture, we quickly understood that this was not exactly what we were looking for but we're interested in exploring the rest of the showroom. That is, until we were arrogantly and viscously confronted by a young woman with brown lipstick. This staff member divided my mother and I and then continued to block my path and proceeded to follow me through an aisle aggressively asking what I was looking for, after I stated "I am just looking" she asked me about five more times what I was looking for. I turned the corner into the main center aisle and she continued behind me and stated “Well I am just going to keep following you” and then she comically scoffed! She DID indeed followed me on my heels down the main center aisle. I felt smothered and almost threatened.. My mother, watching the conversation from a distance, decided that it was better for us to leave the premises as to terminate the rude and pushy nature of this said staff member from hounding questions towards me. We then walked out of the door as she continued to ask questions about what we were looking for AGAIN. We got into our vehicle and the said staff member proceeded out of the store entry door and stated "we are a family business... so...." I'm not sure what that had to do with anything, I have a family business myself and have been in MANY family businesses all over the country and never have I acted in such a way to my Clients nor have been treated as such trash as she's made us feel. I will say that I am young as well, I am well rounded and respectful to EVERYONE. I was not dressed nor acted as a threat so l'm not sure where her hostility came from but I definitely felt attacked and watched, for no given reason. I will also mention I have traveled the world, bought from foreigners and even stepped inside a Louis Vuitton luggage store in Beverly Hills California and they didn't treat me any less than a human being. Beware buyers, unless you have skin of steel and a patience for aggressive floor salespersons, I'd advise to promote a "family business" with your hard earned money, morale, and self esteem...
Read moreI went into this store with a friend who just purchased a dining room table. (No issues purchasing the table we were just back for pickup.) We went into store to show me around b/c this was my first experience in this store. I saw a rug I liked and inquired about the price to a sales associate. When he inquired about the price and specials for me to the manager there was a huge outburst by Tom Jr right in front of us. He slammed the door went to the back office cussing and fussy then he loudly cussed an older gentleman on his staff (Jim) for just asking a question. It was extremely unprofessional and off putting to act like that in front of customers. He left a bad impression and I will not be spending...
Read moreThis place is a complete joke, a scam and false advertising! Don't waste your time if you have decent credit and expect NO CREDIT CHECKS, as it says that all on the outdoors of the business, and all inside of the place, they do nothing BUT check credit! They gave me and my wife no other options, so again save your breath, time and effort in getting furniture from this place because it's not it. 👎🏽 When I asked why it says no credit checks all over the establishment, they said because ONE of the credit bureaus don't effect your credit that's why they say that. I'll take my service...
