Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Spring Lake

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS , I WOULD!! NOT ONLY WAS MY FOOD COLD WHEN I RECEIVED IT THREE DAMN HOURS LATER, BUT DRIVER HAD FORGOTTEN MY BREADSTICKS ON TOP OF THAT. I UNDERSTAND IF IT’S VERY BUSY BUT ITS NOT THAT HARD TO DOUBLE CHECK AND COMMUNICATE WITH TEAMMATES TO MAKE SURE THE ORDER IS SENT OUT COMPLETE CONSIDERING I HAD TO WAIT 3 HOURS. NEVER HAVE I WAITED FOR FOOD FOR THIS LONG. IF IT HADN’T BEEN PAID FOR WITH MY CARD, I WOULD OF CANCELLED IT. THEN I CALL THE STORE ABOUT 4 TIMES TO EXPLAIN THAT I WAITED THREE HOURS FOR MY FOOD AND ON TOP OF THAT THE DRIVER FORGOT MY BREAD STICKS AND I WAS NOT WILLING TO WAIT ANOTHER 3 HOURS TO GET MY FOOD. I WAS PUT ON HOLD THEN ANOTHER PERSON PICKED UP THE PHONE ASKING ME FOR MY INFORMATION TO PLACE MY ORDER. SERIOUSLY?!!! NOW TO THIS NEW PERSON THAT ANSWERED I EXPLAINED AND SHE SAID SHE WILL PUT A “MANAGER” ON BUT WAS LEFT ON HOLD TOO LONG SO I HUNG UP. FINALLY SPOKE TO A “MANAGER” (SOUNDED LIKE THE SAME PERSON I SPOKE TO ALL THE TIMES I CALLED) AND SHE SAID THAT SUPPOSEDLY MY REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED AND MAY TAKE 3-4 DAYS. LETS SEE IF THAT HAPPENS...NEVER EVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. 🤬😡

2 WEEKS LATER UPDATE: never received my refund as I was told I would. Showed up to store and explained to manager my problem. Once again I was told i would get my money back in 3 to 4 business days and here I am still haven’t gotten anything and never will I guess... the least they could have offered me was my breadsticks that I already paid for and i would of been happy but don’t lie to my face saying I’m gonna get my money back. This Pizza Hut location stole my money. I will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. Very unprofessional...

I am pissed beyond words ! Placed a delivery order and got the special so i thought 2 medium 2 toppings for what was supposed to be $5.99 each and a order of cheese sticks. I did order extra cheese which was an upcharge of 3 dollars for both they said. When the order arrived i had been charged $42 bucks which was $19 over charge and my damned pizza was not even right !!! I called and was put on phone with supervisor and explained everything and thought she was going to fix it then she came back to tell me that she would let my store know so they could fix it ? Hello how did this happen when I called my store I ordered from to begin with !!! I am giving these people till the end of this day to fix this or I will be contacting my bank ! I am not looking for a thing free but I am looking for them to correct this over charge and I will not be bounced around all over hell and creation either ! If I could give less stars I would . I ordered pizza at 6:39pm, I waited until 8:15pm still didn’t get my pizza called them and was told that they didn’t know where the driver was so they were gonna send out another pizza . I finally got the first order at 8:30pm it was cold. Waited for the second order it hit 9:52 once the pizza came it was once again cold as hell. So I called complained spoke to a manager & said I’d come drive up to get my pizza . Once I got there the lobby was closed I called my call got ignored so I went up to the drive thru the lady there was on her phone and asked if I was the lady that kept calling I said yes, of course pissed at this point she got my pizza gave it to me & I proceeded to ask for corporates number don’t nobody got time for that I just wanted a hot pizza that’s all . Apparently they don’t care abt customer service. It is now 10:30pm & I’m at home with a luke warm pizza . Will never order...
