Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Spring Valley

What a amazing Experience and @DutchBros I am 100% Starbucks attic..(Gold star remember) I happen to want to give @DutchBros a try. I have to say I was blown away what an amazing staff of young adults who not just make you feel at home take the time to really get to know their customers. Needless to say I’ve been going every single day since Tuesday (Khloe was my Barista ) she was amazing she remember me the next time I came back and each time she make the experience better and better.. on Thursday I got the pleasure to meet Ash what a amazing young man most beautiful attitude and heart to his customers.. what really put the icing on the cake for me was today Sunday worst new Received and went to get some coffee to get my mind off of it and just relax a little bit and I was holding back my tears as I ordered my drinks young lady name Abby really show what Kindness is to a complete stranger and to make matters even more amazing young man by the name of Devon, the two stuff managers and the young man at the windows.. I had Dutch Bros purchased for me before and I wasn’t impressed so I wanted to give it another try. I stood behind a lady and waited for her to finish her order. Once she was done I approached the front and the Asian girl told me that the other girl would take my order because she was going on break. That was really rude and I didn’t appreciate her telling me that. The other girl took awhile to come so I said excuse me and that’s when she approached the window. I asked if there was a menu that showed the ingredients but she told me to go online on my phone and look. At that point I didn’t even want to order. I asked her what was in the mango smoothie and she told me an artificial mango concentrate then showed me the box. After seeing that I questioned why people even enjoy these drinks. UPDATE: I gave this location another try (actually 2 more tries). Last Friday the espresso machine broke when I got to the window. Had to wait for a while and I’m not sure my drink had much coffee in it. Then tried again today (9-9-21) and the car in front of me had 6 drinks. I only had 1 drink and they could’ve brought it to me and there was room to drive around the car in front of me. Or they could have had that car pull forward because there was a huge line from that one car. I only have 0.50 on my account with them and I don’t plan to go back. I love their drinks but it’s not worth the hassle. Sooooo slow! Today they bumped our drinks and had to remake. Last time they messed up one of our drinks. Not super friendly like the usual Dutch bros atmosphere. Their line takes forever!!! Guess I’ll just go to Starbucks or...
