Hobby Lobby — Local services in Spring

This Hobby Lobby is so understaffed and uses an antiquated system for their check out process. Although I appreciate the fact they offer sales and coupons, most are not UPC codes. They have to look it up in the sale paper to find the item, then find the code and then input it. Some items do not have a UPC code at all so they also have to look those up in a book, a 3 ring binder no less. This all leads to long lines at the check out. How absolutely frustrating! So frustrating that sometimes I would just leave my things in the cart and walk out of the store but for the fact I had already had the aggravation of searching down an associate on the sales floor to find something that was hidden in plain sight by the overstuffed inventory of the shelves. Or to ask where something is only to be told they are out of it. On the occasional time I convince myself to go back again because they have that one item that the other stores do not have I realize nothing has changed. Then I wonder why I bothered trying again instead of ordering online. Additionally, the parking is a nightmare and getting out of the parking lot...

I came to buy some flowers at the Stawdust location on January 7th, 2025 between 3pm and 4pm. And this employee, I took his picture and he finally walked away from me but i was already upset, I paid my stuff and i left. According to to cashier his name is Roy. I couldn't even look and walk on the isles looking peacefully and comfortably without this employee harrasing me and following me around every where I went. And you all can look on the cameras. I gave him no reason to be harrasing and following me like that. I'm not dumb. I know exactly when employees are doing their jobs and I know exactly when I'm being followed and harrased. And this is exactly what this Roy employee was doing for no reason. According to the manager in turn, he was just doing inventory but what a coincidence that from all the employees making inventory, he's the only employee following me around, pretending to be working where i was. I am a long time customer of this store, sometimes i even come shopping here twice a day but after this experience I will never...

Clean and organized- not really friendly staff. Not even a smile! And our cashier had attitude.. she was turning the box all around (price in front of her face)and my husband told her its the same price as the other box(which was the same thing) and they were both supposed to be 40% off.. she said" well I have to find the price" (w attitude)- my husband and I looked at each other like" really" mm the price is right their(we showed her- & same as other box) but guess she didn't like that either..then.. I get the receipt and see we were charged 2x for 2 of our items.. small $ but didn't go back..tired of the back and forth w ppl and having to wait days before getting a refund(it was less than $5 but still our $)..jz left.. dont know what's going on w ppl now days and their rudeness..its definitely uncalled for...how do ppl get a job and can be so rude..that should be #1 thing is customer friendlyness(wouldn't that make you want to come back more) then you business can...
