I rarely make a poor review. My partner is mexican and we've eaten many street tacos. I was excited to try based on reviews. But nothing about the experience would draw me back. They were not busy, they list no prices, and barely open the window to talk. They had issues using a card machine and took a long time to make the food. The seating area was nice enough- with fans, but after sitting and talking nicely the music was suddenly turned on so loud I had to awkwardly ask for it to go down a bit. We were the only ones there and couldn't hear each other. My partner said the food was small, lacked good texture and wasn't flavorful. I liked the fried birria tacos I had- but we were both shocked that 2 cheap pops and two plates of just 4 small tacos each came to almost $40. That's restaurant pricing for a tiny...

I don’t often leave reviews but felt compelled for this one. I recently moved back to Houston after two years in Philadelphia and this was where I happened to be while waiting on my car to be detailed.

But you’re not here for my story, let’s talk about the food. Absolutely amazing. Now that I know exists, will be making this a regular trip. I had an el pastor quesadilla. It came with the Birria dip, salsa verde, and sliced radishes. But Daniel, you may ask, where is the picture of this delicious quesadilla? To which I respond, valid question. No prices listed and the guy barely opens the window to talk and is real quick about it. I didn't get Bria tacos, but regular Al Pastor. They're fricking mini tacos for $3.00 a piece! I ate 4 and it was like one taco at most places, scrimped on everything. The place is a rip off and then a mini Mexican Coke for $3.00 as well? You get the large cokes for that price!
